First and foremost, we believe that children’s needs are met when they are in a positive and safe environment.
Unconditional support and love.
Children need stability, structure and the freedom to learn through social and hands-on experiences.
We use a theme-based curriculum to peak children’s interests and foster their curiosity, creativity and natural desire to learn about the world around them.
Our Philosophy: When humans are met with kindness & respect, magic can happen.
Our Core Values:
Integrity: Always be honest and transparent.
Humility: No one is ever too young, too old or too smart to learn. We can all learn & improve every day.
Fun: What’s better than having fun?! After all, laughter is the best medicine.
An emotionally-supportive environment for ALL. Each person deserves to be heard, seen and feel safe in this environment.
#1: A family owned center
We are a family owned center. It’s important to us that you feel like family too. The owner/director takes pride in building strong relationships with families and creating everlasting bonds.
#2: Communication
Communication is important to us. We want you to know how your child is doing throughout the day. You won’t have to wonder. You will receive pictures and/or videos of your child while they engage in learning and play via our childcare app.
#3: Continuity of Care
Children thrive in an environment that they feel safe, secure and loved in. When infants and toddlers start our program they are assigned to a caregiver who they remain with until they are up to 2 years and 9 months or 36 months. This gives children the opportunity to build a strong attachment which has many benefits that support healthy growth. Ask us more about it!
#4: We value teachers
We value our teachers. They are the heart of the program and without them, we can’t do what we do best. We invest in our staff and ensure they feel supported and valued, always.
#5: Our facility
Our facility was built out specifically for a childcare program. Our rooms are spacious and clean, giving our children the freedom to play and explore throughout the day. We have cameras in every room so that the director can monitor each room and so that parents can check on their kids after a tough drop off or just because you want to see them playing! We also have an indoor play space, allowing our children to get exercise and gross motor skill building even when the weather does not permit outdoor play.
#6: Safety. Safety. Safety.
Safety! Everyone must be buzzed into the building after being recognized by our front desk staff. We do have an open-door policy for our parents so that they can check on their kids or just pop in a say hello to us, but it’s important that we know who is in the building at all times. Using our camera system, the admin staff will monitor each room.
